Investily provides financial market data, stock and ETF information, and investment research tools for informational purposes only. The App is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Financial market data displayed in Investily is sourced from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP), operated by Utradea Inc. FMP retains all intellectual property rights in and to the underlying data. Your use of this App does not grant you any ownership or rights in the data beyond what is necessary to view it within the App.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content provided through Investily — including data, analysis, charts, and summaries — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any offer. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute data obtained through the App

Financial data is sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, Investily makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data. We are not liable for errors or omissions.

7. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investily and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Financial data provided through this App may not be exported, re-exported, or made accessible in any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law or regulation. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws regarding your use of data obtained through the App.
