Subscription Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, Apple processes your payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and purchase history, but we do not receive or store your payment card details.

Usage Data: We record which stocks you view to enforce plan limits and improve the app experience. This data is associated with your account.

We use your information to:

• Process and manage subscriptions

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data — including your profile, subscriptions, portfolios, watchlists, and stock view history — is permanently deleted from our servers.

• Delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. This permanently removes all your data.

• Manage your subscription through Apple's subscription settings.

• Contact us with questions about your data.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure token-based authentication, to protect your data.

Investily is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
